AMENDMENTS TO RULES FOR THE ANDHRA PRADESH FARMERS

MANAGEMENT OF IRRIGATION SYSTEMS (RECALL) RULES, 2005.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 43 read with Sections

2,3,4,6,8,12,14,15,17,18,21,22,24,25,28 & 38 of the Andhra Pradesh

Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 1997 (Act 11 of 1997), the

Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to

the Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of irrigation Systems (Recall)

Rules, 2005 issued in G.O.Ms No 2 l&CAD (CAD.IV) Department Dated: 11-01-2005

and as subsequently amended.

Amendments

In the said Rules

(1)

In sub-rule (3) (f) of Rule 6, for the word ‘post(s), the word “post” shall be

substituted.

(2)

Rule 7 shall be omitted.

(3)

in Rule 8, for the words ‘Bank accounts’, the word “Bank account”

shall be substituted.
