NOTIFICATION

Under Section 15 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes

(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, as amended by Act 1 of 2016, the Government

hereby appoint Sri V. Raghuram, Public Prosecutor, Principal District & Sessions

Judge Court, Vizianagaram, as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the prosecution

in SC No.33/2017, on the file of Spl.Court for trial of cases under SC & ST (POA)

Act- cum- IV ADSJ Court, Vizianagaram, till completion of the trial.
