APPOINTMENT OF Sri S. DUSHYANTH REDDY, ADVOCATE, HIGH COURT OF

ANDHRA PRADESH AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE

STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH.

NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Central Act 2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law, dated: 06.12.2000, Government

of Andhra Pradesh in consultation with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby

appoint Sri S. Dushyanth Reddy, Advocate, High Court of Andhra Pradesh

as Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh in the High Court

of Andhra Pradesh for a period of three (3) years for conducting prosecutions,

appeals and other proceedings in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on behalf

of the Government of Andhra Pradesh from the date on which he assumes

charge of the office.
