NOTIFICATION

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (2) of the Kazis Act, 1880

(Central Act XII of 1880), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting

the Principal Mohammadan residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri Shaik

Musthak Basha, S/o. Mukdhoom Basha, Kamati Street, Nellore appointed as

Additional Government Kazi for Nellore Town & Mandal, SPSR Nellore District

initially for a period of 3 years in addition to existing Government Kazi of

Sri Shaik Ahmed, S/o. Mahaboob Saheb, Government Kazi for Nellore

Town & Mandal for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only”.
