DISTRICT & SESSIONS JUDGE, VISAKHAPATNAM.

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri Saladi

Sreenivasu (S.S.Vasu), Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court

of Special Judge for trial of cases under SCs & STs(POA) Act-cum- XI Additional

District & Sessions Judge’s Court, Visakhapatnam, for a period of three (3) years

from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever

is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees

Forty thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A)

Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Public

Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued

in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.

SESSIONS COURT, ONGOLE.

NOTIFICATION

(Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

dated : 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri Yattapu

Konda Reddy, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of II Additional

District & Sessions Court, Ongole, for a period of three (3) years from the date

of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He

shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand

only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A)Department,

Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be

governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.

Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated : 06.12.2000.
