NOTIFICATION

Where as in the reference 1^st read above orders were issued for appointing

Special Officers for ULBs among which, Revenue Division Officer, Nellore has been

appointed as Special Officers to Sullurpet Municipality for a period of six (6) months

with effect from 03.07.2019 or till the elected body comes into office whichever is

earlier.

Whereas the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, A.P.,

Guntur in his letter 3^rd read above has requested the Government to consider the

request of the District Collector, SPSR Nellore District, Nellore on administrative

grounds and issue necessary orders to appoint the Project Director, DWMA, Nellore

as a Special officer to Sullurpet Municipality.

Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby appoint Project

Director, DWMA, Nellore as a Special Officer to Sullurpet Municipality in place of

Revenue Division Officer, Nellore, on administrative grounds.
