Rc.No.827 / 2018-B,- Whereas the affairs of the Appalapuram Labour Contract

Cooperative Society Ltd., Q.No.401, Appalapuram (v), Banaganapalli (M), Kurnool

(Dist) was ordered to wound up under section 64(2) of the Andhra Pradesh

Cooperative Society Act 1964, and the Assistant Registrar-I, O/o. Sub Divisional

Cooperative Officer, Koilakuntla has been appointed as liquidator of the society

under section 65(1) in the reference 1^st read above.

Whereas in the reference 2^nd read above the liquidator has submitted

final closure report of the said society and recommended for final closure.

Whereas the liquidator in his report stated that the society is dormant since

long time. And he secured only cash book and Minutes book of the society

from the Ex­president. Further he issued a notice under section 66 Rule 51(B) of

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Society Act 1964, to the members regarding

the winding up the affairs of the society. He has taken action as per available final

audit report of the society for the year 2017-2018, there were liabilities

worth Rs.32675.95 and assets worth Rs. 1002.95. Further the liquidator written

off all assets and dropped all liabilities in the absence of any claims.

Whereas duly considering the report of the liquidator I Sri. B.Ramesh,

Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nandyal by virtue of powers

conferred in me under section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Society

Act 1964, do here by order for cancellation of the registration of the

Appalapuram Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., Q.No.401, Appalapuram (v),

Banaganapalli (M), Kurnool (Dist) and the society shall ceased to exist as

a corporate body from the date of this order.
