NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

The Special Tribunal Prakasam District, Ongole has taken cognizance of

the case filed by the applicant. It is alleged that the Land belonging to the

above applicants as specified in the schedule below is grabbed by the above

respondents.

Notice is hereby given to whatsoever if any concern including the custodian

of Eva case property as required under the first proviso to sub-section (4) of

Section 7-A of the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 1982 (A.P. Act 12 of

1982) if any person intends to object, they may submit their objections if any to the

Special Tribunal, Prakasam District on or before the 25-11-2019 for its consideration.

If no objections are received by the said Special Tribunal within the specified

period, it will be presumed that there were no objections for proceedings further and

the case will be preceeded accordingly.
