Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Gollapudi, Vijayawada has informed
that Dr. R. Dilip Kumar, MBBS, DGO, CAS Specialist, CHC.S.Kota, Vizianagaram
District requesting for voluntary retirement from Government Service on completion
of more than 20 years of qualifying service on personal and health grounds.
In the reference 2 nd cited, Dr.R.Dilip Kumar, CAS, CHC, S.Kota,
Vizianagaram has stated that he has applied for Voluntary Retirement vide
his representation dt.11.9.2017 and continued his services upto 31.1.2018 and
after that he went on leave due to his personal circumstances. He has
therefore requested to consider his proposals for voluntary retirement w.e.f.
1.2.2018 as he has worked upto 31.1.2018.
