In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of
section 5 and sub-section (i) of Section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities Act, 1965 and read with rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities (Fixation of Strength of Nagar Panchayats and Municipalities)
Rules, 2004 issued in G.O.Ms.No.468 MA, dated 02.11.2004, the Governor of
