Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A(1), in

accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act,2013 in its application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the

Government hereby, in the public interest exempt Widening and Strengthening

of Guntur - Chirala Road from Km. 27.400 to 30.800 in Guntur District from

the application of provisions of the Chapter- II & Chapter- III of the Act. It is also

certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of

land required for the said project.
