Krishna Godavari Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No 495-F.,

Narsapur Dt; 21-10-2019.

Rc.No. 240 A/2018-C, Whereas in the reference 1^st read above, the Deputy

Registrar/ Divisional Coop Officer, has appointed Sri. P.Rama Dasu, Asst Registrar as

liquidator under section 65 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964

for winding up the affairs of the Krishna Godavari Labour Contract Cooperative

Society Ltd., No 495-F., Narsapur to realize the assets and discharge the liabilities

of the Society.

Whereas in the reference 2^nd read above, Sri P.Rama Dasu, Asst Registrar /

Liquidator has submitted his final Closure Report, in which he reported that, no member

was responded to the notice issued by him, calling for claims if any against the society,

and there is no accounts pending with the District Coop central bank Narsapur.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

Finally the Liquidator recommended for Final closure of the Krishna Godavari Labour

Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No 495-F., Narsapur, because no action was

required to discharge of liabilities and realization of assets, as there is no Final

Audit report or books of accounts of the society and there is no accounts pending

in District Coop Central Bank Ltd., Narsapur.

In view of the circumstances stated above I, the Deputy Registrar of

Cooperative Societies, Bhimavaram in exercise of powers conferred on me under

section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, hereby ordered

that the affairs of the Krishna Godavari Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd.,

No 495-F., Narsapur is finally closed and its registration is cancelled and the

society shall cease to exist as a Corporate body from the date of issue of this proceedings.
