Notification for exemption of provisions of the Chapter II and III of the Act.

On the requisition filed by the Transport, Roads & Buildings Department in the

Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right

to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the

Government hereby, in the public interest exempt “Four Lanning of Narketpally -

Addanki - Medarmetla Road (SH2) from Km. 0.000 to 212.500 under PPP

on BOT (DBFOTJ’from the application of provisions of the Chapter-ll and

Chapter- III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in

finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.
