NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 154 of the Andhra

Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act

1987, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby granted exemption from the

operations of the provisions under Sections 15, 21, 29, 35, 37, 39, 40, 57, 58, 59 to

65, 67, 72, 73, 74, 75, 79, 80, 87, 134, 135, 138, 139, 145 and 147 of the A.P.C. &

H.R.I. and Endowments Act 30/1987 for a further period of 10 years from

01-10-2019 to 30-09-2029 to Sri Satya Sai Central Trust, Prasanthi Nilayam,

Puttaparthy, Anantapuramu District., A.P.
