The District Collector, East Godavari, vide ref 1^st read above, has informed

that a proposal was received from the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat,

Pasuvullanka, I.Polavaram Mandal, East Godavari District to accord necessary

approval for naming of bridge constructed in Gram Panchayat from Mondi to

Saladivaripalem as “Dr.Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy Varadhi” as resolved by the

Gram Panchayat vide P.R.No.55, dt.27.9.2019. He has also stated that the said

bridge was constructed with an amount of Rs.35 Crores by the Panchayat Raj

Department. He has therefore requested the Government to accord necessary

permission in the matter.

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

In the reference 2^nd read above the Commissioner, PR&RD while stating

the above facts has requested the Government for issue of necessary orders

in the matter.

The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord

permission to the Gram Panchayat, Pasuvullanka, I.Polavaram Mandal for

naming

of

bridge

constructed

from

Mondi

to

Saladivaripalem,

as “Dr. Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy Varadhi”.

The Commissioner, PR&RD shall take further necessary action in the

matter accordingly.
