AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH DISTILLERY (MANUFACTURE

OF INDIAN MADE FOREIGN LIQUOR OTHER THAN BEER AND WINE)

RULES, 2006.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 72 read with

sections 16,17,18,21,22,23,28 and 29 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968

(Act No.17 of 1968), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following

amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made

foreign liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006 issued in G.0.Ms.No.90,

Revenue (Ex.III) Department, dated the 27^th January, 2007 and published in

Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Rules Supplement to Part-I Extra-ordinary, dated the

29^th January, 2007 and as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules, in Rule 8, in clause (e) of Sub-rule (4), for the year ‘2018-19’,

wherever it occurs, the year ‘2019-2020’ shall be substituted.
