NOTIFICATION

Lr.No.AGC05-11027-2-2019,- In exercise of the powers conferred under

Sub-section (1) of the section 34 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce &

Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966, the Commissioner & Director of Agrl. Marketing

hereby approves the following amendment to Annexure-IV of Bye Law No.35 of

the AMC, Anakapalli of Visakhapatnam District in respect of the implementation

of the Market Charges i.e., Hamali Charges payable by the purchaser & seller Under

Rule 73 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock) Market

Rules 1969.

AMENDMENT

In Annexure-IV of the Bye-Law No. 35 of the Agrl. Market Committee,

Anakapalli, the following market charges are to be paid. The revised rates shall

come in to force from the date of publication of the notification in the Gazette.
