In the reference 1^st cited the seniority list in the cadre of Assistant Commissioner

of Commercial Taxes for the period from 1983-84 to 2010-11 was finalized, which

is basing on the finalized seniority list of CTOs for the periods from 1975-76 to

1998-1999 vide G.O.Rt.No. 1661, dated 25.08.2011 and subsequent period from

1999-2000 to 2007-08 finalized and published vide Gazette No.7, dated 16.02.2012.

These both CTOs lists are revised due to revision of seniority in the feeder

category and finalized vide reference 2^nd cited.

As per revised the Seniority list of CTOs in the reference 2 ^nd cited, the

finalized seniority list of Assistant Commissioner (CT) vide reference 1 ^st cited

would also undergo revision. Till revise of seniority list of Asst Commissioner (CT),

it is proposed the provisional seniority in the cadre of Assistant Commissioner (CT)

now- re-designated as Deputy Commissioner of State Tax taking into the final

allocation of the persons into the AP State from the cadre of Additional

Commissioner (CT) to Assistant Commissioner (CT) and subsequent promotion

ordered in the cadre of AC (CT) in the State of AP after bifurcation of the State.

In view of the above and as per the orders of the Govt, in the ref 3 ^rd cited,

the list of persons as shown in the Annexure appended to this notice may file

their written objections, if any, to this notice within 15 days from the date of

publication of notice in Gazette (or) placing on the official web­site of the Department

i.e. www.apct.qov.in, lest it will be construed that they have no objections on

the proposed provisional seniority list of DC (ST), and orders would be passed

without any further notice in this regard.
