In the reference 2^nd cited, the seniority list was revised and finalized in

the cadre of CTOs now called as Assistant Commissioner of State Tax for the

period from 1975-76 to 2013-14 (upto 1^st June 2014). Basing on this revised list,

it is proposed provisional seniority list of Assistant Commissioner (CT) re-

designated as Deputy Commissioner of State Tax in the reference 4 ^th cited,

till revise of finalized seniority list of AC (CT) vide reference 1 ^st cited, as per

instructions of the Government vide reference 3^rd cited.

Basing on the proposed provisional Seniority list of Deputy Commissioner

of State Tax vide reference 4^th cited, the subsequent provisional seniority list

in the cadre of Joint Commissioner of State Tax is proposed, taking into the final

allocation of the persons into the AP State from the cadre of Additional

Commissioner (CT) to Deputy Commissioner (CT) and also subsequent

promotions issued in the cadre of Joint Commissioner of State Tax in the State

of Andhra Pradesh i.e. after bifurcation of the State, subject to finalization

of proposed provisional seniority list in the cadre of DC (ST) in the reference

4^th cited.

In view of the above, the list of persons as shown in the Annexure

appended to this notice may file their written objections on the proposed

provisional seniority in the cadre of Joint Commissioner of State Tax, if any, to

this notice within 15 days from the date of publication of notice in Gazette (or)

placing on the official web-site of the Department i.e. www.apct.qov.in, lest

it will be construed that they have no objections on the proposed provisional

seniority list of JC (ST), and orders would be passed without any further notice

in this regard.
