NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 109 of the Right to Fair

compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement

Act, 2013 (Act No. 30 of 2013), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes

the following amendments to the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement (Andhra Pradesh) Rules, 2018

issued in the G.O. Ms. No. 562, Revenue (LA) Dept., Dated: 13.11.2018;

AMENDMENTS

In the said Rules:-

(i)

In Rule 12, after the words “Public Notice”, the words “by way of Notification”

shall be inserted.

(ii)

For the existing Form-C appended to the said Rules, the following Form-C

shall be substituted.
