It has come to the notice of the Regional Director of Medical and Health

Services, Rajamahendravaram that Smt. T.Annapurna, Staff Nurse formerly PP Unit,

Govt. Hospital, Gudivada, Krishna District and later KMGH Guraja, Krishna

District is unauthorized absence from duty w.e.f. 13.08.2007 to till date.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

Absconding from duty without proper sanction of leave amounts to misconduct

and unauthorised absence.

Departmental action has been initiated by issuing articles of charge against

Smt T.Annapurna, Staff Nurse for her unauthorized absence from duty w.e.f.

13.08.2007. She did not acknowledge receipt of the articles of charge issued to

her and whereabouts are not known. The articles of charge were published in

A.P. Gazette. However she did not respond with the said notification.

In view of the unauthorized absence and non reporting for duty since

13.08.2007 by Smt. T.Annapurna, Staff Nurse whose services are essential to

the Department, it is construed that she is not interested to continue her services,

it is provisionally decide to remove her from service 13.08.2007 for her unauthorized

absence from duty under Rule 6(A) of APLR 1933 rules r/w FR 73 and G.O.5^th cited.

Hence Smt. T.Annapurna, Staff Nurse is hereby directed to show cause

within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice as to why she should

not be removed from service w.e.f.13.08.2007 i.e. the date of unauthorized

absence, irrespective of date of receipt of individual notice, failing which it would be

construed that she has no valid explanation to offer in her defense and further

action would be taken as per the materia! available on record.
