APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF ANDHRA PRADESH STATE BIODIVERSITY

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3 of the Biological Diversity

Act, 2009, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint Dr. Bandi Mariya

Kumar Reddy, Scientist (Retired), Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR),

New Delhi as Chairman, Andhra Pradesh State Biodiversity Board with immediate

effect.

The terms and conditions in respect of the above appointment shall be

issued separately.

The Member Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Biodiversity Board shall take

necessary action in the matter accordingly.
