Under rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service

Rules, 1996, Smt. V. Sunitha, Joint Secretary to Government (Non cadre),

Law Department, whose name is included in the panel of 2019- 2020 in the

G.O. 2^nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Additional Secretary to Government

(Non Cadre), Law Department with immediate effect in the scale of pay of

Rs.87130-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-110850 with other usual allowances

in the existing vacancy caused due to retirement of Sri M.Sriharibabu,

Additional Secretary to Government at the age of superannuation on 31-08-2018.

The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome of

WPs/WAs/OAs/CAs. etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/ APAT.

Smt. V. Sunitha, Joint Secretary to Government as Additional Secretary

on 09-12-2019 in the G.O 3^rd read above.

The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome of

WPs/WAs/OAs/CAs. etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/ APAT.
