NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-rule (2) of Rule 8 and

Sub-rule (1) of Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, and

under clause(i) of Rule 25 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services(Classification,

Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991, read with instructions issued in G.O.Ms. 2,

G.A (Ser-C) Dept., dt:04-01-1999 and Memo.No.178/Spl.C/2003-1, G.A.

(Special.C) Department, Dated 07.05.2003, the Government of Andhra Pradesh

hereby impose the penalty withholding of 100% pension and gratuity in full

permanently against Sri K. Ravi Chandran, formerly Tahsildar, B.Kodur Mandal,

YSR Kadapa District, with immediate effect.
