Notification for exemption of Chapter-II and III

Rc.G1/3913/2019,- On the requisition filed by the Tahsildar, Kovur in the

Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the

Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPS Nellore

District, it is hereby in the public interest exempt ‘“Land measuring Acs.0.60 cents

in Sy.No.458-B of Cherlopalem village of Kovur Mandal, land proposed for

acquisition for provision of House sites to the weaker section people under

Navaratnalu- Pedalandariki Illu scheme” from the application of provisions of

Chaper-Il and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been

made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for the above purpose.

Rc.G2/3971/2019,- On the requisition filed by the Tahsildar, Chiilakur in the

Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the

Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act. 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPS Nellore

District, it is hereby in the public interest exempt “‘Land measuring an extent of

0.41 cents in Sy.No.26-1-1C and 0.68 cents in Sy.No.26-1-2 total an extent of

Acs.1.09Cents of Pallamala village of Chiilakur Mandal, land proposed for

acquisition for provision of House sites to the weaker section people under

Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme” from the application of provisions of

Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have

been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for the above purpose.

and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPS Nellore

District, it is hereby in the public interest exempt “Land measuring extent

Acs.0.55 cents in Sy.85 & Acs.2.54 in Sy.No.87 (total Acs.3.09 cents) Varigonda

village of Thotapalligudur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District land proposed for

acquisition for provision of House sites to the weaker section people under

Navaratnalu- Pedalandariki IIIu scheme” from the application of provisions of

Chaper-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have

been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for the above purpose.

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to

the District Collector, SPS Nellore District, it is hereby in the public interest

exempt “Land measuring Acs.1.34Cents in Sy.No.231/1 and Acs.0.66Cents in

Sy.No.232/3 Total Acs.2.00 of Chinna Cherukur village of T.P.Gudur Mandal,

land proposed for acquisition for provision of House sites to the weaker section

people under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki IIlu scheme” from the application of

provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified that the

all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of I.and required for

the above purpose.
