Rc.No.790/2017-B,- Whereas in the reference 1st read above orders were
issued to wind up the affairs of the Cooperative House Building Society Ltd, No. V.230,
Saluru, Saluru Mandal, Parvathipuram Division, Vizianagaram District under
Section 64 of the APCS Act 1964 and the Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer,
Saluru was appointed as Liquidator under Section 65 of the APCS Act 1964.
Whereas in the reference 2nd read above the Liquidator of the above said
society submitted his final closure report. The Liquidator in his Liquidation report
reported that as per audit report under Section 66 read with rule 51(b) of APCS
Act 1964 issued notice to the members of the socicty inviting claims if any against
society. He further reported that no claims were received from any quarter.
The Liquidator realised assets and discharged liabilities basing on the audit report
as on date of closure of the society.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,
Realization of Assets :
1.
Cash Balance NIL.

As per Audit Report an amount of Rs.386.85 is under Due to Heads with CCB
Suspense. The amount could not be realised since the details are not available.
Hence it was written off.
3.
As per Audit Report an amount of Rs.203.00. is in SB A/c. But it could not be
realised since the details are not available. Hence it was written off.
4.
As per Balance sheet an amount of Rs.6000/- is with AP HOUSEFED Hyderabad
under the head “Share Capital”. As per the R.memo an amount of Rs 12000/- is
with the APHOUSEFED. The Liquidator made correspondence with the institution
but it could not be realized. Hence the Liquidator deducted to write off the amount.

AS per FAR an amount of Rs.136.25 is under the head “Furniture”. It was written
off since no furniture was available with the society to sell out to received proceeds.

As per FAR an amount of Rs.260/- was shown as suspense with the
APHOUSEFED Hyderabad. Details are not available with the soicety. Hence it
was written off.
The Liquidator discharged Liabilities as shown below :
1.
As per FAR an amount of Rs.17190/- was members Share Capital with the Society.
None claims received. Hence it was dropped.
2.
An amount of Rs.1756.05 was under the head Due By It was dropped since
none claimed.
3.
The following amounts are internal liabilities except Audit Fund.The amounts are
dropped since the society do not had any amount to discharge these liabilities.
A. RF Rs.10.62
B. Audit fund Rs.4.25
C. CEF Rs.0.42
D. UDP Rs.27.21
No assets could be realized and no liability was discharged by the Liquidator.
The Liquidator issued notice to members to conduct General Body meeting to discuss
the action taken by the Liquidator but none attended.The Liquidator reported the society
was become dormant since registration. Finally the Liquidator resolved and requested
to order for closure and cancel the registration of the Cooperative House Building
Society Ltd, No. V.230, Saluru, Saluru Mandal, Parvathipuram Division, Vizianagaram
District under Section 68 of APCS Act 1964.

The audit on the accounts of the Society was conducted for the year
2019-2020 (up to 31.10.2019)The record pertaining to the society will be made
available in the Office of the Divisional Cooperative Officer Parvathipuram for a
period of (3) years and therea fter the record will be destroyed.
Now, therefore by virtue of powers vested under Section 68 of APCS Act 7 of
1964 as per the G.O. cited and duly considering the report of the liquidator, the
Deputy Registrar / Divisional Cooperative Officer, Parvathipuram, hereby cancels
the registration of the Cooperative House Building Society Ltd, No. V.230, Saluru,
Saluru Mandal, Parvathipuram Division, Vizianagaram District.
The society therefore ceases to exist as a corporate body from the date of
issue of these orders.
