Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

Rc. G1/e.41222/2017,- On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department

in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of

the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Andhra Pradesh

the Government hereby, in the public interest exempt Doubling& Electrification

of tracks between Guntur - Guntakal Stations - Nallapadu - Donakonda Section -

Proposed land acquisition between S.Magulur- Donakonda section from

the applications of the Provisions of the Chapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act. It

is also certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent

of land required for the said project.
