NOTIFICATION

“In exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 100 of the A.P.

Education Act, 1982, Government hereby accord permission to the Secretary,

Board of Intermediate Education, A.P., Vijayawada for Shifting of Grapes

Junior College from D.No.2-89, Pongutur, Koyyalagudem (M), West Godavari

District to D.No.25-11-21/1, Alla Nani Street, N.R.Peta, Eluru, West Godavari

District and change of name of the Society/Management from Ramachandra

Educational Society, Pongutur, West Godavari District to Sri Kalyana

Chakravarthi Memorial Educational Trust, Vijayawada in relaxation of Rule 14(3)

and 14(4) of the A.P.Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition,

Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987

issued in G.O.Ms.No.29, Education (Rules) Department, dated.05.02.1987,

issued under the provisions of A.P. Education Act, 1982 (Act No.1 of 1982)”

The Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, AP, Vijayawada shall

take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
