Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

Rc.G4/622/2019,- On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in

the Form A(1) to an extent of Ac.2.25Cents in R.S.Nos.314/l, 2, 319/lB,

2A, 3A, 4A in Krishnapuram Village of Pamidimukkala Mandal, in accordance with

the provision contained in Sec.10A of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in

its application to the State of Andhra Pradesh, the Government hereby in the

public interest exempt Affordable housing for poor from the application of

provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act. It is also certified that all

the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for

the said project.
