Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

Rc.G4/618/2019,- On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in

the Form A(1) to an extent of Acs.0.44Cts in R.S.No.67/3 in Koppalli village of

Pedana Mandal, in accordance with the provision contained in Sec 10(a) of the

Right to fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the

Government hereby in the public interest exempt (name of the Project) from

the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also

certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of

land required for the said project.
