executed by the 1^st Respondent infavour of 2^nd Respondent is null and void and

did not bind upon the petitioner, to vest the schedule mentioned property with

the Official Receiver, Krishna, Machilipatnam for adjudication and the matter stands

posted to 30.12.2019.
