Rc. G1/4047/2019,- On the requisition filed by the Tahsildar, Indukurupet

Mandal in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A)

of the Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition.

Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District

Collector, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the public

interest exempt “Land measuring extent Acs. 1.00 cents in Sy.No.268-1, Acs.2.20

cents in Sy.No.269 (Total Acs.3.20 cents) in Kothuru H/o Indukurupet

Bit-2 village of lndukurupet Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh

State proposed for acquisition for provision of House sites to the weaker

section people under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Ulu scheme” from the

application of provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified

that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land

required for the above purpose.
