ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW SUB-DIVISION AT RAYACHOTY, Y.S.R. KADAPA

DISTRICT BY BIFURCATING THE EXISTING POLICE STATIONS AND

CIRCLES FROM THE PULIVENDULA SUB-DIVISION.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause(s) of Section 2 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974), Government hereby

declare that with effect on and from 01.01.2010, the jurisdiction of Police Stations

and Police Circles mentioned in Columns (5) and (6) shall cease to be in the

jurisdiction of Pulivendula Sub-division and shall be included in the jurisdiction of

Police Sub-division mentioned in Column (7) of YSR Kadapa District.

The reconstituted Pulivendula Sub-Division will consist of Police Circle and

Police Stations stated in Columns (8) and (9).
