Notification for exemption of Chapter-II and III

Rc.G1/4071/2019,-On the requisition filed by the Tahsildar, Indukurupeta

Mandal in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A)

of the Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation

and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPSR Nellore

District, Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the public interest exempt “Land measuring

extent Acs.0.19 cents in Sy.No.27/A1, Acs.0.43 cents in Sy.No.27/A2,

Acs. 0.72 cents in Sy.No,27/A3, Acs.0.10cents in Sy.No.27/B1 and Acs. 1.58 cents in

Sy.No.28/A (Total Acs.3.02 cents) in Somarajupalli Village of Indukurupeta Mandal,

SPSR Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh State proposed for acquisition tor provision of

House sites to the weaker section people under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme”

from the application of provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also

certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land

required for the above purpose.

and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPSR Nellore

District, Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the public interest exempt “Land measuring

extent Acs.1.00 cents in Sy.No.417-3 in Kothuru Chinthopu H/o Indukurupet Bit-2

Village of Indukurpeta Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh State”

proposed for acquisition for provision of House sites to the weaker section

people under “Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme” from the application of

provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified that the all

efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for

the above purpose.

District, Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the pubhc interest exempt “Land measuring

extent Acs.1.15 cents in Sy.No.255-A in Ananthapuram Village of Thotapalli

Gudur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh State proposed for

acquisition for provision of House sites to the weaker section people under

Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme” from the application of provisions of

Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been

made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for the above purpose.

(Requisition Department) in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions

contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the

District Collector, SPSR Nellore District, it is hereby in the public interest exempt

Land measuring Acs.4.45 cents in Sy.No.945-1 of Kodur-2 Village of T.P.Gudur

Mandal, land proposed for acquisition for provision of House sites to the

weaker section people under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme” from the

application of provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified

that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required

for the above purpose.
