AP. Special Police, Bhakarapet, YSR District has involved in Criminal Case Cr.No.0051 /

2018, dated: 16-07-2018 u/s 302, 34 IPC of Kasinagar PS, Gajapati Dist., Odisha State.

In this connection he was under suspension w.e.f. 11-10-2018 vide this office

Proceedings C.No.507/A3-PR/2018, D.O.No.891/2018, Dated: 11-10-2018. The

suspension copy was communicated to the PC-497 through OC HQ Coy. OC HQ Coy

sent to his home address by Spl. Messenger, but the charged officer was not found

in the house. The suspension orders copy was served on his father and

obtained acknowledgement on 01-11-2018. His father stated that his son B.Sarath Babu,

PC-497 is not coming to home and does not know his whereabouts. Further he has

handed up with a charge under Rule 20 of APCS (CC & A) Rules 1991 vide this office

charge memo Rc.No.23/OEPR-A3/2018, Dated: 12-02-2019. The above charge

memo is communicated to the PC-497 through OC HQ Coy.OC HQ Coy sent to

his home address by Spl. Messenger, but the charged officer was not found in

the house. Charge memo was served on his father and obtained acknowledgement

on 22-02-2019 and did not submitted explanation so far. Further the Commandant,

XI Bn. APSP, Bhakarapet, Kadapa who is the disciplinary authority has issued

orders by appointing Sri K. Prabhu Kumar, Addl. Commandant of this Unit as the

Inquiry Officer to conduct oral inquiry against Sri B.Sarath Babu, PC-497 U/S of

HQ Coy of 11^th Bn. AP. Special Police, Bhakarapet, YSR District vide this office

C.No.23/OEPR-A3/2019, Dated: -02-2019. The enquiry officer has given reasonable

opportunities to him for attending to OE. But he has not attended OE. Hence,

the Inquiry Officer has conducted OE as Ex-Parte and submitted Inquiry Minutes as

Proved vide Minutes in C.No.10/Addl.Comdt/XI Bn/OE-O1/2019, Dated: 21-10-2019.

A copy of enquiry report has communicated to the charged officer PC-497

through OC HQ Coy. OC HQ Coy sent to his home address by Spl. Messenger,

but the charged officer was not found in the house. The enquiry report was served

on his wife B.Aswani Kumari and his father & mother and obtained acknowledgement

on 29-10-2019. His father stated that his son PC-497 is not coming to home and

does not know his whereabouts.

In this connection, He is instructed to submit the explanation should

this office within (10) days otherwise it will be presumed that he has no valid

explanation to offer and accordingly disciplinary action will be initiated against him

and the PR will be disposed off on Ex-party on its merits.

Acknowledge receipt of this Final Show Cause Notice.

Bhakarapet, YSR District. He is instructed to serve the show cause Notice on above

PC under proper acknowledgement and return the dated acknowledged copy to

Bn. Office.

DESERTION ORDER

D.O.No. 855 /2018 Rc.No.420/A2/LR/2018,- Sri B. Sarath Babu, PC 497

of ‘HQ’ Coy of this unit, was absented for duty without leave or permission

w.e.f 21-07-2018FN. There is no intimation from him and his whereabouts are

not known. He had completed the desertion period of 21 days by 10-08-2018AN.

Hence he is declared as deserter w.e.f.21-07-2018FN as per order No 184 of

APPM Vol-I.

If B. Sarath Babu, PC 497 of ‘HQ’ Coy of this unit has any intention to join

the duty, he should report before the undersigned on any working day for enquiry

within a period of 02 months from the date of his absence or within a period of

one month from the date of this order whichever is later.

This order is sent herewith to the above PC induplicate. He will acknowledge the

same on the duplicate and submit to this office for record.
