Under sub-section (6) of Section 24 of the Code of Cr.P.C, 1973 (Central

Act. No.2 of 1974) read with Rule 3 of the A. P. Prosecutions Service Rules, 1992,

Sri K.Babu Jagajeevan Ram, Senior Assistant Public Prosecutor is promoted as

Additional Public Prosecutor Grade-II on temporary basis and posted at

Senior Civil Judge Court, Narsapuram, West Godavari District.
