THE ACT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh State

Road Transport Corporation (Absorption of Employees into Government Service)

Act, 2019 (Act No. 36 of 2019), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby notifies

the “Public Transport Department” created vide G.O.Ms.No.50, Transport,

Roads & Buildings (Tr-II) Department, dated : 30.12.2019, as the Department into

which all the employees of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation

shall stand absorbed into Government service on and from the date of

commencement of said Act.
