Notification for exemption of Chapter-II and III
Rc.G1/4100/2019,- On the requisition filed by the Tahsildar, Kovur Mandal in the
Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right
Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPS Nellore District,
Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the public interest exempt “Land measuring extent
Acs.10.00 cents in Sy.No.169/1, Acs.3.45 cents in Sy.No.170/3, Acs.1.90 cents
in Sy.No.1217/2B, Acs.4.65 cents in Sy.Nos.1217/1B,1C,2B and 1218/3,4A,4B
(Total Acs.20.00 cents) in Kovur Village of Kovur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in
Andhra Pradesh State proposed for acquisition for provision of House sites to the
weaker section people under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme” from the
application of provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified
that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land required
for the above purpose.

Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the
Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation
and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPS Nellore
District, Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the public interest exempt Land measuring
extent Acs.2.13 cents in Sy.Nos.114-1 in Patur Village of Kovur Mandal, SPSR Nellore
District in Andhra Pradesh State proposed for acquisition for provision of House
sites to the weaker section people under “Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme”
from the application of provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also
certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of Land
required for the above purpose.

District, Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the public interest exempt “Land measuring
extent Acs.0.54 cents in Sy.No. 1027-1 in Navuru Village of Podalakur Mandal,
SPSR Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh State proposed for acquisition for provision
of House sites to the weaker section people under Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu
scheme” from the application of provisions of Chapter-II and Chapter-Ill of the Act.
It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent
of Land required for the above purpose.

Mandal in the Form A(1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A)
of the Right Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation
and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the District Collector, SPS Nellore
District, Andhra Pradesh, it is hereby in the public interest exempt “Land measuring
extent Acs.1.7175 cents in Sy.No.283-2 in Koruturu Village of Indukurpeta Mandal,
SPSR Nellore District in Andhra Pradesh State” proposed for acquisition for
provision of House sites to the weaker section people under “Navaratnalu-
Pedalandariki Illu scheme’’ from the application of provisions of Chapter-II and
Chapter-Ill of the Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in
finalizing the minimum extent of Land required for the above purpose.
