NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri D.Rajasekhar
Gowd, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of I Additional
District & Sessions Judge, Anantapuramu, w.e.f. 07.01.2020. His appointment is
for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till
termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated
honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) per month, as per
G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions
of service of the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with
the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
dated: 06.12.2000.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri R.Harinath
Reddy, Advocate as Public Prosecutor for the Court of Principal District &
Sessions Judge, Anantapuramu, w.e.f. 22.02.2020. His appointment is for a
period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till
termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated
honorarium of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty five thousand only) per month,
as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The
conditions of service of the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed in
accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187,

1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri T.Jagan
Mohan Reddy, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of
V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rayachoty, YSR District, for a period
of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination
of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium
of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975,
Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated:26.10.2018. The conditions of service
of the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR U/s 32(1) OF POCSO ACT, 2012 IN NEWLY
ESTABLISHED POCSO COURT, ONGOLE.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) and under section 32(1) of the POCSO Act,
2012, read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated:06.12.2000, Government
of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri K.V. Rameswara Reddy, Advocate, as
Special Public Prosecutor U/s 32(1) of POCSO Act, 2012 in newly established
POCSO Court, Ongole, Prakasam District. The above appointment of Sri
K. V. Rameswara Reddy, Advocate, is for a period of three (3) years from the
date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is
earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand
only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A)Department,
Dated:26.10.2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be
governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the
G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.
The Director of Prosecutions (FAC), Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, is
requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.
