NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh

Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act No.6 of 1965) read with rule 14(ii) of the Andhra Pradesh

Municipalities (inclusion or exclusion of areas into/from the jurisdiction of the Municipalities/Nagar

Panchayats) Rules, 2015 issued in G.O.Ms.No.114, M.A&U.D, dated 05.05.2015, the Governor of

Andhra Pradesh hereby alter the limits of Bapatla Municipality by including the areas of eight (8)

Gram Panchayats/Villages namely, (1) Kondabotlavaripalem village of Kondabotalavaripalem Gram

Panchayat, (2) Asodivaripalem Village of Asodivaripalem Gram Panchayat, (3) Mariproluvaripalem

and Maddiboinavaripalem Village of Mariproluvariopalem Gram Panchayat, (4) Chinthayapalem,

Muthatapalem, Matchavaripalem and Matsayapuri Villages of Muthetavaripalem Gram Panchayat, (5)

Valluravaripalem village in Pinniboinavaripalem Gram Panchayat, (6) Nandirajuthota and Hyderapeta

Villages in Nandirajuthota Gram Panchayat, (7) Darivadakothapalem, Kukkalavaripalem,

Mahatmajipuram, YSR Nagar, Subbareddypalem and Nagendrapalem Villages in West Bapatla Gram

Panchayat and (8) Adarsa Nagar, Hanumantha Nagar, Ramanagar and Suryalanka Villages in Adavi

Gram Panchayats of Bapatla Mandal into the Bapatla Municipalily, Guntur District.
