NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 3 of the

Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act No.6 of 1965) read with rule 14(ii) of

the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (inclusion or exclusion of areas into/from the

jurisdiction of the Municipalities/Nagar Panchayats) Rules, 2015 issued in

G.O.Ms.No.114, M.A&U.D, dated 05.05.2015, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby after the limits of Sullurpet Municipality by including the areas of (1)

Degalapalem village of KCN Gunta GP and (2) Nukalapalem village of Illupuru GP.,

in SPSR Nellore District.
