NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of section 3 of the Andhra

Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act No.6 of 1965) read with rule 14(ii) of the Andhra

Pradesh Municipalities (inclusion or exclusion of areas into/from the jurisdiction of the

Municipalities/Nagar Panchayats) Rules 2015 issued in G.O.Ms.No.114, M.A. & U.D.

Department, dated:05.05.2015, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby alter the limits of

Naidupet Municipality by including the areas of four (4) Grampanchayats/Villages namely,

1.Juvvalapalem (Part), 2.Vinnamala (Part), 3.Biradavada (total) and 4.Marlapalli (Part) into

Naidupet Municipality in SPSR Nellore District.
