In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) Section 11

read with sub-section (1) of Section 12 of Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991

(Act.No.4 of 1991) and as amended subsequently, I, Biswabhushan Harichandan,

Chancellor of Krishna University, Machilipatnam hereby appoint Prof.

K.B.Chandra Sekhar, Professor of Chemistry & Director Foreign Affairs &

Alumni Matters, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Ananthapuramu as

Vice Chancellor to Krishna University, Machilipatnam for a term of three (3) years

from the date of appointment.
