III ADDITIONAL CBI COURT FROM VISAKHAPATNAM TO VIJAYAWADA.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 3 of

the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988) and in supersession

of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.128, Law (L, LA&J, Home.Courts.A)

Dept., dt:09.10.2019, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, in consultation with

the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby shift the III Additional

CBI Court from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada along with its paraphernalia.
