THE CIVIL

AND CRIMINAL-SHIFTING OF

II -ADDITIONAL CBI COURT FROM VISAKHAPATNAM TO KURNOOL.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the

Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988) and in partial modification

of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.88, Law (LA & J Home Courts.C) Department,

dated 07.08.2012 relating to the area over which the Court exercises jurisdiction

and

in

supersession

of

the

notification

issued

in

G.O.Ms.No.147,

Law (L, LA&J, Home.Courts.A) Dept., dt: 14.11.2019, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, in

consultation with the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby shift the

II Additional CBI Court from Visakhapatnam to Kurnool along with its

paraphernalia and it shall have and exercise territorial jurisdiction over

the four (4) Rayalaseema Districts of Kurnool, Y.S.R. Kadapa, Chittoor and

Anantapuramu.
