Medical & Health Officer, Ananthapuramu has forwarded the resignation letter of
Dr.C.Jhansi Rani, CAS, PHC, Kudair, Ananthapuramu District in which the
individual has tendered her resignation for the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon
w.e.f. 31-07-2019.
In the reference 2 nd cited Dr.C.Jhansi Rani, CAS, PHC, Kudair,
Ananthapuramu submitted that she joined for duty on 04-02-2019, and recently
she was selected for the post of Assistant Professor of Bio-Chemistiy, GMC,
Secundrabad. Hence the individual has tendered her resignation for the post
of CAS w.e.f. 31-07-2019.
In view of the above, the resignation tendered by Dr.C.Jhansi Rani, CAS,
PHC, Kudair, Ananthapuramu distrtict is hereby accepted from the date of her
last working day i.e. w.e.f.31-07-2019 in terms of Rule 30 (a) (i) and (ii) of
A.P, State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996.
