Further the AEE/AEs, PR of Zonc-IV shown below arc also permitted to

retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years on the

dates noted against their names at Column (5) of the table without prejudice to

the disciplinary cases/Criminal cases pending against them and also subject

to condition that the disciplinary proceedings/ Criminal proceedings shall

continue, even after their retirement under Articlc 351 (A) of Pension Code and

Rule 9(2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980.
