NOTIFICATION
Under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities
Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act, 6 of 1965) read with rule 11 of the Andhra Pradesh
Municipalities (Division of NagarPanchayats and Municipalities into wards) Rules, 1994
issued in G.O.Ms.No.31, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department,
dated 03.02.1995 and after due consideration of the proposals submitted by the
Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur, the
Government hereby notify the draft delimitation of twenty (20) wards of Addanki
Nagarpanchayat as specified in the schedule appended to this Notification.
2.
The Municipal Council, Addanki Nagarpanchayat is informed that it shall submit its
views /suggestions, if any, on the proposed draft delimitation of wards notified, within 7 days
of the publication of this Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, to the Commissioner,
Addanki Nagarpanchayat.
3.
The people of Addanki Nagarpanchayat are informed that they may submit their
views/suggestions, if any, on the proposed draft delimitation of wards notified, within 7 days
of the publication of this Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, to the Commissioner,
Addanki Nagarpanchayat.

A copy of the Notification is also sent to the Collector and District Magistrate,
Prakasam District and he/she is requested to affix the same on the Notice Board of his office
and he/she is requested to give his / her suggestions about the division of the aforesaid
Nagarpanchyat into twenty (20) wards to the Government, immediately.
5.
The Municipal Commissioner, Addanki Nagarpanchayat and the Collector and
District Magistrate, East Godavari District may follow the procedure as stipulated under rule
12 of A.P. Municipalities (Division of Nagar Panchayats and Municipalities into wards)
Rules 1994 and send their report to the Government through the Commissioner and Director
of Municipal Administration, immediately.

DESCRIPTION OF WARD BOUNDARIES OF ADDANKI NAGARPANCHAYAT INTO
TWENTY WARDS
WARD No: 1
NORTH:
Starting from North – West corner of Addanki Konda and runs towards East upto the
North – East corner of Panchayat Boundary.
EAST:
From the above point it runs towards South along the Panchayat Eastern boundary
line till it meets junction of the South – East Corner point on the boundary line at
S.No 545.
SOUTH:
From the above point it runs towards West adjoining boundary lines of S.No:542 and
through S.No:546,539 upto burial ground, over head tank, and further runs towards
west upto S.No:127, South Boundary, taken turn towards South and meets
KASYAPURAM ROAD.
WEST:
From the above point the boundary line moves towards North along the Narasaraopet
main road till it meets the junction of the starting point.
WARD No: 2
NORTH:
Southern Boundary of Ward No.1
EAST:
Starting from the junction of South East corner of Ward No.1 runs towards South
along boundary line till it meets Kasyapuram Road.
SOUTH:
From the above point it runs towards West along the Kasyapuram Road upto Kakani
palem Mandapam turn towards further South along upto Nam Road Kakanipalem
Junction – West corner and thereby turn towards West. From there it runs till it joins
Narasaraopet Road.
WEST:
From the above point it runs towards North along Narasaraopet Road till it is meets
the junction point of Ward No. 1 & 2.
WARD No: 3
NORTH:
Southern boundary of Ward No. 2
EAST :
Starting from the Kasyapuram Raod, Panchayat boundary junction it runs towards
South corner of the boundary line till it meets South – East corners of Ward No. 3.
SOUTH:
From the above point it runs towards West along Abhyudaya Nagar Road upto NSP
Canal and towards North along the Canal Bund and there by turn West till it meets
Sundaraiah Bhavan North – West corner point. From there it turns towards South i.e.
RTC Depot Eastern side boundary till it meets Narasaraopet Road.
WEST:
From the above point it runs towards North on Narasaraopet Road till it meets the
junction of 2nd Ward boundary.

WARD No: 4
NORTH:
Southern boundary of Ward No. 3
EAST:
Starting from the junction point of 3 & 4 wards on the boundary line and runs towards
South along the boundary line till it meets junction point of 4 & 5 Wards.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs towards West touching South boundary of S.No:
1004, 1014, 987 and thereby turns North. It runs upto S.No: 974 South West corners
till it meets road at Viswabharathi College. Bearing D.No: 31–643, then turns towards
West and runs along
the road upto NSP Canal and there by turns towards meet to
Srinivasa Kalyanamandapam Road to Nam Road.
WEST:
Starting from the above point and runs along the Ongole road towards North till it
meets the junction of SBI Road i.e. North West corners of boundary of D.No: 31 –
350.
WARD No: 5
NORTH:
Starting from the Junction of Ongole road and Srinivasa Kalyana Mandapam road and
runs towards East till it meets junction. NSP Canal bund road and turn towards South
and runs along the road upto the Viswabharathi College road junction from then it
meets Addanki NagarPanchayat eastern boundary line i.e., the South Boundary line
of Ward No.4 i.e., at S.No.1933.
EAST:
Starting from the above point and runs along the boundary line towards South along
the Panchayat boundary line upto S.No: 1906 South East corner.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs towards West till it meets Ongole road S.No:
1883 South East corner.
WEST:
Starting from the above point and runs towards North along the road upto Srinivasa
Kalyana Mandapam Road.
WARD No: 6
NORTH:
Starting from the junction of Balijapalem road and
Mondithokapalem road at
D.No:37–133 and runs along Balijapalem road till it meets Gas Godown road at
D.No: 37 – 49 and runs towards East along the road till it meets NSP Canal bund road
and turn towards East and runs along the road till it meets Ongole road.
EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs along the Ongole road towards South upto the
Addanki nagara Panchayat boundary i.e. at S.No: 1495 South East Corner.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs towards West along the Addanki Nagara
Panchayat Boundary till it meets NSP canal.
WEST:
Starting from the above point it runs towards North along the NSP Canal till it meets
the junction of S.No: 1149 South East corner and further runs along Yerukala Colony
road till it meets the origin point of Ward No:6 i.e. at
D.No: 37 – 133.

NORTH:
Starting from the point i.e. junction of Pasumarthipalem road, Gorlamitta Raod at
D.No: 38 – 61 and runs along Pasumarthipalem Road upto house bearing No:38 – 57
and thereby turns North by passing through existing road and pass through the road
till it meets Church road at the building bearing D.No: 36 – 103.
EAST:
From the above point it runs along the Church road and continued through
Yerukalapalem road crossing Pasumarthipalem road upto the junction of S.No:1149
and further runs along NSP Canal till it meets South boundary of Nagara Panchayat.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point and runs along Southern Nagara Panchayat boundary
upto Gorlamitta road.
WEST:
Starting from the above point it runs along the Gorlamitta road towards North till it
meets the junction of Gorlamitta road and Old Pasumarthipalem road at D.No: 38 –
61.
WARD No: 8
NORTH:
Starting from the junction point of Western Nagara Panchayat boundary touching
S.No:1127 and runs towards
East boundary of Allam vari street and passing
through the bazaar touching D.No: 40 – 185 and meets the road leads from
Gorlamitta to Kalyana mandapam at D.No:41-305.
EAST:
Starting from the above point runs towards South along Gorlamitta road till it meets
the Southern Nagara Panchayat Road.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point runs towards West passing the Nagara Southern
boundary till it meets junction of Southern Nagara Panchayat Boundary.
WEST:
Starting from the above point and runs along the West boundary of Addanki Nagara
Panchayat till it meets starting point of Ward boundary.
WARD No: 9
NORTH:
Starting at the junction of Ganugapalem Road, Chilakavari Palem road and runs
through Ganugapalem road turns towards South and runs along Gorlamitta road upto
Kolimithopu and meets Balijapalem road through the passage back side of Rice mill
and Hostel.
EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs through Balijapalem road upto 36 – 1 door
number and meets Pasumarthipalem road
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs along road upto church road turns towards
Northern along church road
and again meets pasumarthipalem road through
internal road and thereby runs along the road till it meets gorlamitta road opposite
D.No: 38 – 61 and further runs South upto D.No: 39 – 229. From there it turns
towards West and run along the road upto 39 – 219.
WEST:
Starting from the above it turns towards North runs along the road upto Saibaba
Temple back side road till it meets Ganugapalem Road.
WARD No: 10
NORTH:
Starting from Balijapalem Road, Tahsildar Office road junction and moves along
Tahsildar Office road till it meets Ongole road.

EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs along Ongole road upto housebearing D.No: 34
– 20 i.e. junction of NSP Canal bund road.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs in the above said road upto D.No:35 – 1 i.e.
junction of Balijapalem road.
WEST:
Starting from the above point it runs through Balijapalem road upto D.No: 35 – 75
and further 35 – 174 and touch the starting point of this ward boundary.
WARD No: 11
NORTH:
Starting from the junction of Gorlamitta road and Old Darsi road opposite girls high
school and runs in Darsi road upto Ongole road corner of D.No:30 – 1.
EAST:
Starting from the above point the Ongole road and runs towards South upto
Kalamandir Theatre South East boundary.
SOUTH:
From the above point it runs along MRO Office Road and
turn further North
Kalamandir Back Side Road and runs along the passage backside at Rice mill and
Hostel and touch Gorlamitta Road at D.No:29-214.
WEST:
Starting from the above point it moves North and runs along Gorlamitta road till
meets Old Darsi Road.
WARD No: 12
NORTH:
Starting at the junction of Addanki Nagara Panchayat Ward No.13 boundary and
moves towards East touching
of S.No. 1123, 1124, 1121, 2256, 2258 till it meets
the Bhavani Centre Road at D.No: 40 – 1 and turns towards North runs along the road
upto house D.No: 27 – 53 situated in Darsi Road and turns on the road runs along the
road upto D.No:28 - 1 building.
EAST:
Starting from the above point runs along Gorlamitta road upto the junction of
Gajulapalem road at D.No: 28 – 125.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs along the Ganuga Palem road upto D.No: 28 –
98 and continued through Chilakavari bazaar touching D.No: 27– 166 and further
runs upto 40 – 186 and thereby turns West runs along Allamvari Street upto 40 – 134.
From there it turns South runs along the road upto 40 – 85 and turns West meets
Addanki nagara panchayat boundary touching S.Nos. 11201127.
WEST:
Starting from the above point and runs along the Nagara Panchayat boundary and
meets the starting point of Ward boundary.
WARD No: 13
NORTH:
Starting form the junction of Addanki Nagara Panchayat Western boundary moves
towards East along towards North Kattakinda palem 2line Junction and towards East
along meet Eluri Ramaiah House.
EAST:
Starting from the above point Eluri Ramaiah House and runs towards South on the
road and meets the Kothapet road along the boundary line i.e. Southern boundary of
Ward No.14 Gunjivari palem Junction.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point i.e. junction of Old Darsi road and Kothapet road it runs
along the Old Darsi road till it meets Bhavani Centre road (Old Ghandhibomma
centre) and turns towards further South and moves along the Bhavani Centre road
upto the house D.No: 26 – 106 and hereby turns West and run by the boundary

touching the S.Nos: 2258, 2256, 1121, 1122 till it joins West boundary of Addanki
Nagara Panchayat.
WEST:
Starting from the above point runs along the Addanki Nagara Panchayat Boundary till
it meets Northern boundary of the Ward.
WARD No: 14
NORTH:
Starting at the junction of Kattakrinda Palem Road and Sivalayam Road junction i.e.
North side of D.No: 23 – 50 and moves towards East till it joins Bhavani Centre road
i.e. North East corner of Govt. Hospital.
EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs towards South upto Sanjeeva Nagar Road
Junction and turn towards
East and runs along the road. Until the junction of
along South Opp Lingaiah Rice Mill Road Junction and turns West to meet Opp
Bosubomma Statue and turns towards South to meet Gandhibomma Center,
Kothapeta of bearing No:12-1.
SOUTH:
It starts from the above point it runs towards West along the passage i.e. Muslim
Shadikahana Southern side, till it meets Bhavani Centre road and turn towards North
upto old M.R.O. office i.e. North East corners of MRO office and turns towards West
and South around M.R.O. Office till it meets Nehru Convent road and runs along the
road till it meets the junction of Poleramma Temple street.
WEST:
Starting from the above point and runs along the road towards North upto Sivalayam
road junction.
WARD No: 15
NORTH:
Nil
EAST:
Starting from the junction of Narasaraopet Raod and Kothapet road junction opposite
to D.No. 9 – 561/1,2 and runs along the road towards South upto the junction Opp
Lingaiah Rice Mill towards West to meet Bosubomma and Turn towards
South to meet Kothapeta Gandhi Statue Corner.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs towards Old Darsi Road and runs along the Road
upto the junction of Kothapet Road at D.No: 11 – 1.
WEST:
Starting from the above point it runs along Kothapet Road Junction along towards
North to meet old Gandhibomma Statue towards North to meet Bosubomma Opp
Road and turn to wards to East to meet Kothapeta Road and turn towards North to
meet Narasaraopet Road.
WARD No: 16
NORTH:
Starting from the junction of Narasaraopet Road and Govt. Hospital Road opposite to
D.No: 13 – 169 it moves along the Narasaraopet Road upto Kothapet road junction.
EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs along Kothapet road upto D.No:13 – 1.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs along the road till it meets Govt. Hospital road
opposite to D.No. 14 - 254
WEST:
Starting from the above point it runs along Govt. Hospital
road till it meets

NORTH:
Starting from the junction of Perikapalem Road, Darsi Road, opposite to D.No: 21 –
60 and runs along the road towards East upto Bhavani Centre opposite D.No: 15 –
220.
EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs along Government Hospital road towards South
till it joints the junction of Sivalayam road i.e. South East of D.No:15 – 62.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs along the Sivalayam road run towards along to
meet Brahmin Bazar and turn towards West to meet Kattakinda Palem Road.
WEST:
Starting from the above point it runs along the Kattakrinda Palem road towards North
upto the house North East corner bearing D.No: 21 – 32 and runs towards West along
the boundary line back side of houses situated in Perikapalem road till it
meets Perikapalem main road at D.No: 21 – 114/A and runs towards North till it
meets starting point in Darsi Road.
WARD No: 18
NORTH:
Starting from the junction of Panchayat boundary and Darsi Road it runs towards East
upto Perikapalem main road junction and turns towards South, runs along the road
upto D.No: 21 – 114/A and runs along the boundary line back side of house in
Perikapalem Road i.e. Ward No. 17 boundary till it meets the Kattakrinda Palem road
at D.No: 21 – 32 North East corner.
EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs Kattakinda palem Road towards South till it
meets Eluri Ramaiah House.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point turn West side and to meet 2line
Corner
of
the
Kattakinda palem and turn South side to meet 40 feet Kattakinda palem Road of
Survey No:1069.boundary touching S.No: 1074, 1075.
WEST:
Starting from the above point it runs along the Addanki Panchayat Western boundary
till it meets Darsi road junction.
WARD No: 19
NORTH:
Starting from the junction of Addanki Nagar Panchayat western and Northern
boundaries at S.No:2 it runs along
the Northern boundary upto the North East
corner of Ward No. 19 i.e. North West corner of Ward No. 20 at S.No. 14.
EAST:
Starting from the above point it runs towards South touching S.Nos. 14,16, 18, 19
and Voora Cheruvu till it meets road of Damavari Palem via S.No:1045 and runs
along the road towards East up to house bearing No: 18 –50 and to meet crossing
from North South and join to NAM Road and turns South side to meet to Bhavani
Center Circle.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above point it runs along the west side to meet junction of Darsi
Road and Mujavari palem Road and turn towards North to meet Narasimha Swamy
Temple Road and turn West along to meet the Addanki Nagara Panchayat
Boundaries. Darsi road till it meets the junction of Darsi road and Addanki Nagar
Panchayat boundary.

Starting from the above point it runs along the Addanki panchayat Western boundary
till it meets S.No: 2 North
East corner.
WARD No: 20
NORTH:
Starting from the S.No: 14 North East corner and runs towards North upto the
junction of Narasaraopet road.
EAST:
From the above point it runs along Narasaraopet road upto old Damavari Palem road
junction.
SOUTH:
Starting from the above junction and runs along the Old Damavari Palem road upto
meet S.No:1045.
WEST:
Starting from the above point and runs on the Eastern boundary of Ward No. 19.
