Under article 219 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby appoints the Hon’ble Sri Justice Jitendra Kumar Maheshwari, the Chief

Justice of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, as the person before whom

S/Shri (1) Rao Raghunandan Rao, (2) Battu Devanand, (3) Donadi Ramesh and

(4) Ninala Jayasurya, who have been appointed as Judges of High Court of

Andhra Pradesh shall make and subscribe an oath or affirmation, according to

the form set out for the purpose in the Third Schedule to the Constitution of

India, before they enter upon their offices.
