NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 1(2) of the Andhra Pradesh

Excise (Second Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act No.4 of 2020), the Government of

Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the 27^th Day of January, 2020, as the appointed

date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
